With your You are Supported contribution, you are supporting the implementation of a mentorship program that enables adults who have completed our workplace program to connect and network with businesses in the community they desire to work for. With more than 12,000 businesses in Durham Region, we see many opportunities for those with a developmental disability to find other businesses excited to employ one of our graduates. 

Our mentorship program includes helping each adult find their passions, connect with potential employers, resume and interview skills and job training and follow up that sets them up for success with their new employer.
