Melly's Butterfly March Break Coaching Week

Position: Melly's Workday Shift (Internal Posting)

Location: Melly's Market + Café

Hours: Tuesday - Friday (4 hours each day)

Pay Rate: $17.60/hr

Type: Contract Position

Description:

We are excited to offer a week long coaching shift for Melly's Interactive Development Program apprentices in the Butterfly stage! This is a chance to gain valuable work experience and contribute to the Melly's community. This application is for a full week, coaching our Summer Program apprentices.

Responsibilities:

• POS & Customer Service: Operate the point-of-sale system and provide excellent customer service and coaching support to Summer Apprentices. 
• Coffee Station: Make and serve drinks and hot beverages and teach and coach Summer Apprentices.
• Market: Assist with sales, merchandising, and inventory.
• Additional Duties: Help with baking, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a current Butterfly of Melly's Interactive Development Program.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and excellent coaching and training to Summer Apprentices. 
• Must have a personal bank account for direct deposit (we can assist with setup).
